Introduction

As a pro wrestler you should be multi-talented. Wrestlers are extreme-athletes and entertainer in one. The training is hard but fair.
If you have discipline, endurance and an iron will, then nothing will stand between you and your dream.

Seminars

Comment/note: The workout will be in a genuine American or European pro wrestling ring.

High Impact Weekend Seminar for Beginners:

rules
exercises to develop your condition, power and endurance of your power
exercises to improve your body-control, coordination and of the "in ring feeling"
learning how to conduct oneself in the ring
learning how to fall right from any situation and position
basic techniques: holds and throws
reversals
test - In order to take part in continuing seminars.

   1 x one weekend (Sa. 8 hrs. and Su. 4 hrs. = 12 hrs.) - max. attendance: 20

High Impact Weekend Advanced Seminar:

complex exerises for you conditioning, power and endurance of your power
complex holds and counter holds
complex throws
interview techniques by working with an interviewer
more reversals
simple High-Flying Elements
test - In order to take part in continuing seminars.

   1 x one weekend (Sa. 7 hrs. and Su. 7 hrs. = 14 hrs.) - max. attendance: 15 per ring

High Impact Weekend Pro Seminar:

power-moves
high-flying
interview techniques without an interviewer and learning how to cut promos
ring presence
developing your character
developing of your individual wrestling style
video-analysis of your holds, throws and power-moves
training match with subsequent video-analysis
test

   1 x one weekend (Sa. 7 hrs. and Su. 7 hrs. = 14 hrs.) - max. attendance: 15 per ring

Extreme Days Seminar for Beginners:

rules
exercisis to increase your conditioning, power and power-endurance
exercisis to improve your body-control, coordination and of the "in ring feeling"
learning how to conduct oneself in the ring
learning how to fall right from any situation and position
basic techniques: holds and throws
reversals

   4 days (Mo., Di., Mi. und Do. each time 8 hrs. = 32 hrs.) - max. attendance: 15 per ring

Extreme Endurance Week

in order to take part in continuing seminars, there will be a test at the end of each seminar.
each Seminar is 1 week (Mo. - Thu. 6 hrs. a day; Fr., Sa. and Su. 4 hrs. a day and Su. 4 hrs. = 36 hrs)
